it really must be nice waking up every morning and check out ur garden of green...... i get excited everytime i see my little gilrs every morning so i can just imagine you mister..... ur babies are beyond beautiful..... keep up the nice growing..... by the way do you talk to ur plants on a daily basis? THe reason i ask is because i do talk to my little ones and ive noticed that they grow bigger and faster due to the fact that when we talk we let out carbon dioxide. But my personal opinion its more than the carbon dioxide that helps them... i beleive that they respond well when u treat them a living thing rather than just a simple plant. in my case it helps out all the time. my last grow was hydro and i had 17 plants, i would always tell the plants that if they would be males they will die as soon as i see it, and guess what out of 17 i only got 2 males and the rest grew so quick and so strong that i was surprised that it would actually work. try it bro u wont loose nothing by doing so........ keep up the excellent job/thread ur doing
It's best brother by far. I love the outdoor garden but it's worrisome too as you never know if the rippers are watching or coming in October. I'm doing it in a greenhouse next year. I don't talk to the plants but I do play them some classic rock ! I always try to be positive and upbeat and I do think that the plants feel that.
very true my smoking brother very true. i did forget to mention that part also. as a matter of fact i have this one special cd that contains classical music but with a very high frequency pitch that my plants respond very very very good to it. the product im talking about is called sonic bloom and its organic. it consists of a specially made cd for plants and a organic bottle of nutrients. check it out for urself, just type in sonicbloom and it should pop up. u will see pictures of farmers and their garden and my god are their crop are beyond impressive. in my case it really worked great, the growth is very fast and strong. its a foliar feeding method and u have to play the cd when spraying it....... one bad thing is that it is not cheap, a bit pricey for the home kit. i think it was like 80 cant remember (ironic).....
There was a cd like this I remember awhile back. It contained nature sounds and such. I think the vibrations of the music are felt and sensed by the plants. Some people like to give them a good shake sometimes for stress. I think the music does the same but without the stress factor. The stimulation is what counts I think.
Gotta say it again. I love the mixture of plants in your garden.
And did you mean not impressed with them at all outside? Just wondering.
I put them outside to see if I wanted to pursue this line of genetics any further and they simply aren't keeping up, unless it is some unbelievable smoke I will concentrate my breeding on other projects. I guess my reference points being the mango and AO might be unfair but they don't hold a candle to even the Goddess right now. So yeah, not impressed at all with MY pheno of Isis. I know there are good ones in there as Breckenridge has one they rave about but I think the lack of vigor in veg has made me lose interest in the Isis.
He was referring to the Isis strain as far as I can tell..
Outdoors grows rock..
I remember the great feeling of walking the garden hose out to my big gals
in the mornings in my bathrobe, and a cup of Joe in the other hand.
Your are excellent examples of health and lush growth.
I'm excited about your agent oranges..
I hope the bud rot doesn't get ya as they get big n thick.
I'm a Big sativa fan for outdoors...less leaf ...
God knows the sun forces plants to get leafy on strains that
never grow like that indoors.
I'm gonna watch this grow....
Yes sir they do amazingly different things outdoors IMO. I don't anticipate a mold problem as we are high altitude and low humidity but you never know, keep our fingers crossed. The outdoor plants seem to absolutely love the Jacks Classic. I haven't seen them skip a beat since the hail storm way back when. I didn't think anything could keep up with the Mango, that's my 'producer' but the AO have taken them in size, but we will see how they stack up in the final round, dry weight and quality.
I like sativas too but my Satori from last year didn't get to finish, to my liking anyway, before the weather made me chop her down so I put out all the 8 week-inside strains to hopefully finish them before we get snow at the end of October. I usually take the Satori between 70-75 days inside.
Thanks for all the props guys, it's much appreciated.
Will get some overall garden shots soon as I think the vegging is concluded and we are headed full steam ahead into flowering.
