Plants are in veg and I noticed 2 lower leaves on one plant look to have mildew on them. But not sure if I’m just freaking out and it’s dried from dunking the clones in Spinosad before transplant. Couldn’t find it anywhere else in the entire garden. Any advice appreciated. Last pics are magnified.

BANISH FUNGICIDE HAS NEVER FAILED ME....GERANIUM OIL EXTRACT...CAN USE VEG OR FLOWER....TALKED TO MANY CHEMIST THAT WORK AT MEDICAL GROW FACILITIES. TWO FOILER SPRAYS IS THE MST I'VE EVER HAD TO DO.
