Plz Help !!!

So I started a seed in fox farm light worrier seed starting soil an it’s been in a those red party cups for about 3 weeks. I want to transplant my plant to a bigger pot using ocean forest soil. My question is after transplanting how long do I have to wait to begin adding nutrients to the soil, I know fox farm ocean forest has nutrients in it but does that mean I shouldn’t add any of my nutrients till the ones in the dirt are all used up or can I start adding small amounts of nutrients ??????? Using the fox farm trio btw

I would add only root feed and w8 untill I see small sign of def, you do not need to feed after transplant to the bigger pot.

I wouldn’t bottle feed anything right now. FFOF is good all the way though veg. Maybe a top dress during flower would help. I’ve heard horror stories about using FFOF and bottle feeding, which is why I’ve never used it, not to say it’s bad to use. I have however used FF trio, and they did a wonderful job, but I wasn’t in FFOF soil.
