Probably didn't need nutes yet. What are you growing in. What amounts of those nutes did you use?

I'm growing in fox farm ocean forest with perlite and 2 tbl spoons of big bloom and 1 teaspoon of grow big what can I do to fix this?

I'm not sure what you need to do to fix that, but I assume that's way too much for those plants at this stage. Maybe someone with more experience than me can tell you how to fix it.
A gallon of water is way to much for that Lil momma, n nutes start after the seedling stage. Start low and work up to full strength nute. At the seedling stage I start in a pot that size I water about a 6-9 inch circle of water. And work your way up to a full soak after she is a Lil more mature.

I advise you to go on Google n look at the anatomy of the root system as the plant grows. The goal with watering is to give the roots water. If you have an idea of where your roots are in the soil you will know better how much to water

Super salvageable just leave the lights on with a Lil wind and walk away for 2-3 days. Whatever you do don't water that plant until then
