what nutes at what ppm?

Research what microbes are if you dont know, you need them.

i see a lot of leaf hook which to me is a sign of calcium deficiency. And the brown spots look like phosphorous deficiency.

I think you should raise the light up half a foot

Sorry don't know how to check ppm but this is what I'm feedit "it"I've given this twice so far it says one tea spoon for a gallon of water so I put in a quarter for two liters

So im right about the phosphorous.

Think you need to up the feed. to half strength and maybe find a different nute that has a better ratio = more phosphorous. Use that stuf now and maybe get a stand alone phosphorous product like the RAW brand phosphorous and add that in at about 50 ppms to start and see if it improves or at least keeps the p spots away.

Research how to use a ppm meter, you need one, its easy to over feed a plant just by guessing.

Mammoth p would help here but its expensive, so maybe just get a decent microbe product that has a variety of microbes in it.

I always recomend the raw brand bloom and use it in veg and bloom they are very similar and no need really to buy two different bags of it.

So I picked up a light ph moisture meter I checked it.the soil was dry and 11/2 down so I checked and down lower the meter says it wet still should I wait till it drys up more towards the bottome.could that be part of the problem
 
Its calcium and not because there is not enough available but because your plants is not transpiring well and calcium is passively taken up. Could be cold root zone, poor airflow, humidity/temp. In that container I'm guessing poor airflow maybe?

Also I think that maxi grow has a perfect ratio. Cannabis actually requires much less P than previously thought.

As some one said earlier in the post to put it up on a grate of some sort get the air going under the pot

It more the airflow across the leafs. They each have a micro climate and they can't transpire well if they aren't getting some airflow though them. What happens is an area of high humidity around the leaf. I'm not 100% certain this is the cause but looking at the swollen intervenial tissue its a transpiration issue. could be any that i listed so I would just start eliminating them 1 by 1. Get a fan on them a bit but you don't want a ton just enough to move air by the leafs. They respire on the bottom side so a little wiggle is good but you dont want them dancing around. Just go through the list i gave ya 1by1 so you know what it is. give 24hrs to see improvement for each. Don't go changing a whole buncha things at once

Looks like a root problem to me. Over watering maybe. Root zone temp, fungus gnats, soil ph

Just seen this pic. Havnt read what anyone else has said but this pot is to big for this early stage of the plants life. The soil will stay wet too long the plant isnt big enough yet to drink the soil dry which will suffocate the roots & root rot
 
I think your plant could just have a genetic mutation, sometimes you get them, and it could just be bad luck that you got one on your first plant.
This is a good example of why you should run more than one plant at a time, because if you had another plant of the same age getting the same treatment, growing right next to it and wasn't showing these signs, you would be able to rule out a lot more stuff. Just a tip for the future.
 
Ok so here is a pic for an up date I got my self a moisture/ph meter. and found when I would give water before the soil was dry about an inch down using the moist meter it's was still "wet" down near the bottom of the pot.so just waiting another day or two to water again but here is a pic

There ya go. You should see the leaves start to look healthier as the soil sets out. Also cool root zone temps will slow uptake of water and nutrients... Just food for thought if you have them on say concrete in the basement
