Plucking leaves

I've been plucking leaves off my plants from the growing stage. Week 3 and a bit into flowering and I'm still plucking and finding I am developing more buds. I've been reading forums where they say it's not good to pluck leaves off but it seems to be working for me. I'm growing indoors. Would love some feedback. Should I stop or continue as it seems to be okay? Sometimes I accidentally pull fibres down the stalk will that cause serious damage? Thanks.

Yeah, stop!
Those buds aren't getting bigger because you are plucking leaves. They are getting bigger because they are growing.
Why don't people understand that leaves GIVE plants "energy", they don't consume it.
Leave the leaves on unless they are touching and therefore at risk of developing fungus or disease.

By the time your plant is flowering, it's pretty much done producing and growing new leaves. It's not like you'd be diverting energy to the buds by removing their energy source...

Stop, it's not a good idea for a newbie to go plucking at plants. Just provide food, water, and light. Then leave the rest to the plant. And next time turn your lights off when you take pictures. Peace

Thank you so much, have I caused much damage or all looks okay? What do the photos look like to you? Appreciate the feedback!
