Ok, heres some of my plants at 6 weeks from seed- flowered at day 3. Note the yellowing of the lower leaves and the leaves dont seem to be a nice dark green. Nutes- liquid karma- 10ml per gal, molassas 2 teaspoons per gal, and bat guano tea...thats it. These lower leaves continue to yellow, but the upper ones seem to stay lime green. The light is a 400watt hps cooltube, temps are 85-90, and there is good circulation in the room. I'm a bit baffled to be honest. Any ideas?? The strains are ; wos afghan kush and feemale seeds x-line neville haze x sour nl.....if that helps. They were grown 12/12 from seed to restrict height....is the yellowing something wrong or is it natural, as the plants otherwise seem healthy and are budding nicely. hmmmmmmmmmmmm....please let me know your opinion.

I was having the same problem with my mother plant while vegging a while back- she looked the same- turned out my light was not intense enough and I was not getting enough light to the leaves. I cut the yellow leaves off and added some additional lighing to the bottom and got pretty explosive growth afterwards. I used Blue led's at 450 nm and - amazing difference. If the leaves look shaded at all on the bottom when the light is on, try adding a cfl or 2 to supplement. Don't know if your problem is the same, but it worked for me

This very well could be the problem, although 400W HPS should be sufficient, how high is it from the canopy? With a cool tube, it should be within a foot.
