I have two female and they both have this happening. This would be my first successful grow and I’m afraid they have been pollinated. Any advice is very much appreciated!!!

No it does not indicate the sex of the plant.
But its ok. We all began with zero knowledge. No worries.
I do suggest killing those now before the polen sacks open up and ruin anyone else's plants that are growning down wind of you.

Where did you get the clones from? Did the person who made them successfully grow out clones from the same Mother plant first? or did you just assume the first plant was a female so you took clones?

hey, they managed to make clones! that's an important step in the process to learn (albeit a little out of orderclones off of a male....just brilliant
