I just got in a fight with my gf and i had to grab something from up stairs in my grow room and i hit the light switch on for like 10 seconds and forgot my plants are on 12-12 week 3 and i dont know what i should do!!! it was room light bulb not hood light i turned it off real quick couldnt have been more then 10 seconds

Don't worry about it at all, not a big deal. It's the direct light you have to worry about. I had the same problem with a switch on a light in my closet. I put tape over it so it wouldn't get turned on accidentally.

You'll be fine. Small things like that aren't going to hurt your girls.

It's usually the repeated light leaks that will stress the plants. Not an accidental 10 second burst of 100w or less incandescent light.

Relax.

Based on your description; this brief, one-time occurrence of dark interruption will not adversely affect your grow.

You don't need to change anything.

And like NGG stated, try not to do it again.

i've had a timer malfunction-

and the light s were on for 5 days straight. not one banana or seed.

have your medical permit? if you do and need a few clones I usually have some free! I'm assuming you're in the 209 area.
