I dont think so, and again, with an infestation that bad, all the flying insects would be very over obvious to Dogman11, I would think. Only the one leaf in the picture has those signs, which I think is just bad lighting.

But, in that case,

Dogman11, you you see small, black, flying insects?

It might be confusing to a new grower, because their adults look similar to knats, flying around. They hang out by the media, mostly.
