I am 10 or so days into flower and a few issues and questions came up
I didnt get to lights and move them up fast enough and a few of the leaves got burned..is there something i can do? has this harmed the plant badly?

Second...i was thinking of clipping some clones and was wondering, are these to far into flowering to clone?will they turn out like the wierd supercropping plants? just curious as i have an avialable bubble ponics unit i could put them in.

Ive had thag happen before too. Your not the only one but all I do is trim the burnt area off and it always turns out ok for me. You can cut clone when your plant is flowering. Just keep it on 24/0 for a while. It takes longer but you can do it. Good luck!!

Na, you dont need to cut it out. the damage is not great enough to warrant losing the rest of the leaf.
Yeah, you can still take clones from her. They will take about 3 to 4 weeks to root though.

Not to say your wrong but I thought if you just cut out the burnt part of the leaf its better because your plant wont waste its energy on it then. Is that wrong? Maybe that's not what's best for his plants but if its brown cut it down.... right?

Nope. cutting a portion the leaf out will just open the wound. It will require more energy to heal again.
Unless more then half of the leaf is damaged I would leave it. If so I would remove the whole leaf at the stem.

Only time I cut leaf is when I'm taking cuttings.

Cruzer is right. The tissue is dead, and the plant won't be wasting any energy trying to repair the irreparable. Cutting into healthy tissue CAN open the plant up to infection. dead plant tissue won't turn gangrenous like our skin tissue, so just let it go.

A few burnt leaves won't harm your plants too much....as long as you've learned your lesson, this is a good way to find out about lighting and heat.

And how yoru plants don't like it.

About the other questions, it sounds like you're trying to bite off more than you can chew, espeically when you have basic questions about lighting. Focus on finishing off this grow and then start making things more complicated. LOL
