please help!!!

my plants were 3 feet tall i have 2. one i lst and is about 2 feet tall now. but my 3 footer is in a 8 in pot and and my grow space is 4 feet tall wat shold i do?

Are you in the flowering stage? If so how far along are you. If you havnt started flowering I would say Top them

im 1 week in to flouring thay streched alot when i switched to 12/12.

The Bad news is the plant will keep getting taller until about the 4th week of flowering. You can try slightly bending the top but this late in to the grow you could risk snaping it. Try to come up with a idea to raise your height. What kind of light are you using?

With your lights you wont have to worry about heat stress. Keep your plants from touching your lights and you might be OK. On your next grow you will want to switch to flowering a little sooner. Most ppl with height restrictions switch to flowering at 12" high. Like everybody here you learn as you go. Good Luck and hope it works for you.
