Sorry but you just can't post a couple of pics and ask for help without any info of the grow conditions and environment., What you have been doing from the beginning water/feeding schedule? How much? How often? Rh, rt, ph, as a guess they look like moisture stressed, overwatered.

Hello this is my first grow I planted my feminized white widow sees January 1st and have a 4x4 room 7 feet tall with a 600 watt hps I'm using 5 gallon cloth pots with 33 percent ocean forest 33 percent happy frog and 33 percent miracle grow peralite because I didn't have access to any other peralite. I plan on doing the screen of green method and just did my first top today and gave them their first 1\4 strength nute feeding every other feeding till i get water running out the bottom of the grow pot of Fox farm nutes and my daytime temp is 75 to 80 but my nighttime temp drops to 62 and I can't really keep it higher at the moment and I'm running 18 day 6 night. And my co2 will be here next week but using EZ CO2 Natural CO2 Production, 5 lbs because I can't afford a tank setup yet and mi ph stays around 6.0 to 6.4.

when you top a plant you put it under a great deal of stress. it usually takes 8 hours for them to recover. Your daytime temps are too high, what kind of cfm are you using on that light.. might need to increase fan speeds. You want NO MORE THAN a 10 degree spread between night time and day time. So if your daytime was 75, you dont want it to drop below 65 at night.. you might need to reduce fan speed in the evening.
What is your lighting schedule? you might look at running 18 during the evening/night and off 6 hours during the highest heat of the day. Ambient temperatures? is this tent in a garage?

Why would you set up a co2 tank when you have a setup for passive intake? CO2 isn't going to be the answer to your problem... it will make things more complicated. Keep it simple.

I'm running 240 cfm on my light and 440 with a variable speed control on my room and it's in my basement my light schedule is 18 during the coldest part of the day and 6 off during the warmest here is a updated pic of what's happening as well and what is passive intake this is my first grow and am still learning.

alright.. two options here.. try either one..

1) hook the carbon filter to the end of your light and suck through the filter, through the light, and push the air out of the tent with the 440 cfm and ditch the 240.

2) swap the position of the 240 and the 440, but make sure that your fan is pushing the air through your reflector.

also.. you have a basement.. so is the floor cold? because that can cause all kinds of strange issues.. most people will lift the plants up 16" to get it away from that cold micro climate.
