You get 18 hours of sunlight where you are at?
Probably not at the moment it's been getting dark early it's still kind of winter here yes I know it's the worst possible time to start growing but springs right around the corner and if everything fails I'll start again soon

Did you see the brand new leaves look kind of brown on the big girl ???
Do you mist the leaves while out in the sun?

They look starving for N, and maybe pulling from the sacrificial round leaves?

Are you waiting for the container to dry out some between waterings?

What kind of soil is that?

Got my gh maxibloom 1kg $41 delivered in 2 days half the price was postage, from here I plan on finishing the door adding the in and out fans in the back and next week I'll put her in her final pot , I'm going to make a chain with paper clips to lower the lights how I please , I made my nute mixture 1 8th tea spoon to 4 litres gave first feed yesterday , I also fixed my ph as I thought my ph was good but I was actually using more of a green than piss color and she's doing amazing now , other 2 are dieing I think I'm going to Give up on the others and hope to God she doesn't turn male as my mate lost his bag of seeds and I have no clue where I'll get more if all goes well I'll take clones before I harvest about 4 of them and make a mini scrog for my next grow and after that I might take a break for a while maybe a couple months till I get more seeds

Cool! Thanks for the update. It's good to learn with bagseeds. Green ph (6.5) is fine for soil. I prefer piss yellow ph 6 for hydro & soil.

Keep in mind the sides put out more light than the top of a cfl bulb.

Thanks for sticking around mate I'm in eternal debt for all the help , righto I'll try to keep it green then, I did the flip last night she was already smelling amazing before I put her in the cab, I'll have all 4 bulbs sideways this was just a quick install till I get everything else I need also if you were wondering I've spent ,$180 so far $41 bytes 41 for 2 pc fans plus postage and the rest Inc lights fittings power pack tools etc way over my budget but if all goes well will be worth it hoping to get 10+gs of smoke with some training and keeping the lights close

Good luck mate.

Read up on "DIY'S", & "Tutorials". Be careful that Maxibloom is powerful stuff especially the lower wattage you are using.

First pic is air intake device to bring in the air without light the fan will be screwed to the inside and the formula tin taped to the back and the bottom of the Pringles tin sits just up from the floor , second fan will be exhaust with carbon. Filter taped to the back IMAG0642.jpg IMAG0642.jpg IMAG0641.jpg IMAG0644.jpg IMAG0643.jpg

I would use ph 6.5 for water & feed.

Sacrificial leaves? The first set of round leaves die off as true leafsets grow in.

The plant looks good to me.

Did you check your air circulating system for effectiveness with some burning incense, or something?

What strength are you feeding it? Is that the soil I suggested you make?

Was mainly just worried about the smell it was a really weird toxic kind of smell I think because the cab had no fresh air I installed the air intake last night hoping that will help, the slight yellowing of the new leaves I think is from being to close to the light , also what do you mean test with incense ? To check how much air is pulled in ?? Because I checked it with foil and it stuck to the intake tube nicely the fans I got were very high rpm rating and high pressure rating

Oh the only other thing is the timer had a glitch and after the flip the lights stayed on for over 24 hours I've fixed it now but wondering if that will do harm to the growth

Yeah the smell could be the cab.

Yeah to test the airflow which you did.

Is the yellowing a general appearance, outer leaves, or inner veins? It sounds like you can up the dose to a 1/4 tsp especially if you went 12/12.

The leaves also felt a little dry I think from the fan and being to close to the light
Could be? If the light hurts your hand (topside) in a couple of minutes the same distance you have them on your plants? Then yes.

It could be very low humidity, or windburn from the fan?

Show more pics of your current setup.
