What is the problem you see, it isn't easy to diagnose problems by photo so help me help you. You put a close up of the plant but it looks ok, not critical. It also appears you are using a low kelvin cfl, so everything looks a little yellow. Do you have a 6500k flouro you can use?

What type of soil? Are you feeding her? Do you pH your solution? How long has she been in veg? What time and effort please tell me what you've done.

It will be fine,I dropped a fan on one of my plants today,I had to tape the brance back on,but I'm hoping it will heal,I was going to flip them today ,but by dropping that and breaking brance I hold back for 7/12 days .just to stop the plant getting to much stress

You'll know in a few hours if that branch goes limp it is history otherwise it will heal. Remove the tape in a week.

Edit: Sorry thought you were the op I was helping but I see you're a well known

I had tape on it but didn't help much over the past week or so, it's starting too dry out its extends pretty deep inside the plant, I'm just worried I'm now wasting my time and deciding too start over

Have you done a youtube search on LST and super cropping? Spend awhile watching videos and I bet you look at that plant differently. I chop plants in half and then I clean up the bottoms also and in the end sometimes I take more than 50% of the foilage shaping certain strains. You can start over if you want to but that root system is worthy of saving even if that branch is not.

I want to add that I still can't fully identify what has you worried. If the limb was dying it wouldn't survive 24 hours I don't think but I am sure it wouldn't make it 48 hours. What would happen is it would sorta deflate, unfortunately I am speaking from a position of high experience here.
