How close are you keeping that 1000 watter? My guess is far too close. 36" from the canopy is plenty close enough. There is such a thing as too much light. Another possibility is your water source. Are you using tap water that comes from a system with a water softener?

Duuuuuude looks some nasty light burn bro. You gotta move the lights a little higher or the plants a little lower. Also if you're spraying(foliar feeding) at all, always do it just before the lights go out, the droplets act like a magnifying glass and 1000Watts is similar to the sun. If i'm wrong then check the ppm of your water, that would be the problem if the lighting isn't.

Way too much water. Monitor PH and try to keep it around 6.2-6.3, plus that plant is dieing for nitrogen. Adjust the temp to 78ish if possible to increase resperation. Once all the extra water in the leaves starts to evaporate the plant will stiffen up. Try adding some organic nutrients in small amounts. You can topdress with coffee grounds to increase nitrogen to the roots. Wood ash is good for flowering if used properly. Hope this helps.

I've had that problem before... sun+water on leaves = White spots where the water was or in other words dry as fuck leaves
