please help

i have a plant that is a month old and recently just transplanted from a solo cup to a 1 gallon pot. my lil girl was looking very healthy until i transplanted. now, before i transplanted i did have a couple leaves look like they might be wilting and when i did the transplant a couple leaves really look wilted and one of the tips on a leaf look real dark like its burnt. i have them still under all my flouros on a 18/6 hr cycle. i havent started the nutrients yet. should i and should i start using my MH lights? i also need to know when i start using the yeast for my co2. im really most worried about the tips getting burnt looking and the wilting of leaves. my plant is starting to have 6 sets of leaves so thats where im at with this. any info what i should do friom here on out and what to do about my problems would be much much helpful.

Well pictures would help alot. Did you use the same soil? You could have damaged some roots or over watered it. Its hard to say without pictures
