ya man if you are low on budget i would go with 3 or 4 cfl's. Thats what i started vegging with but then upgraded to a 150w hps that i picked up from lowes for like 80 bucks. But there are many people on here that grow with just a ton of cfl's and come out with good looking plants. That light you have will not produce anything that you are looking for, I also used something like that early early in my grow and stunted growth tremendously. You should really just think about saving up like $100 or so and you can grow yourself one nice size plant without worrying about it growing. TRUST ME AND EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE, YOU NEED THE CORRECT LIGHTING OR YOUR SCREWED. Ive been through it and you just wait longer for your buds and the waiting sucks.
