Please help wilting plant!!!!

I have two plants flowering and cant figure why the better looking plant all of a sudden started to wilt about two weeks into flowering. they are both females and i have treated them the same. i use an npk of 018-18-21 for veg. stage and 15-30-15 for flowering and i dont over do it. ive done lots of research before i started and im stumped. my guess would be a boron deficciency but im not sure, need someone who could possibly give me professional advice. much appritiated, this was my best bushy plant and now shes sick!!!!! if u need anymore info to help you help me please w/b. also im useing florescent 2700k lights for flowering, working on getting an hps bulb setup.

is the pot dried out? is the container heavy? Should be heavy after a watering..

how often are you watering??
