I suggest choosing either drip or ebb and flow the entire grow. The growing medium for either is poor for the other one.

1. How and when do I water clones?

You keep the grow medium moist. My last grow, I watered very slightly once a day. You want the roots to search for the water.

2. When do I transplant my clones into my VEG room?

I suggest riot rooters into the medium of your choice. I shy away from rockwool for the ph problems. Forget that noise.

3. Do I put hydroton in the tray in the VEG room? Or can I just leave the rockwool in the tray and veg all the way?

It's cleaner to use netpots. I don't like putting grow medium into my E&F tables because it's not as clean plus netpots are easier to handle. You can veg in either rockwool or hydroton but I wouldn't do both, their water retention is too different.

4.Do I give nutrients to my clones?

You have clones? If so, I would wait at least a week, but I haven't had experience with clones yet.

5.How often do I mist my dome?

I misted whenever I opened it, but lightly.

6.How many plants per square feet in a tray?

Are we talking veg or flower? veg 6in x 6in. Flower at least 1ft x 18in

7.Cycle time for Veg using clones?

Cycle time as in length of light? I do 18 on 6 off. If you mean time as in length of veg time, it's as long as you like.

8.Cycle time for Flowering?

When ready to flower put your plants in 36 hours of direct darkness unless flowering from seed/clone. After that 12/12 until you see the amber trichromes.

9. Going by my room sizes, how many plants do you think I can fit in each room?

It depends on how long you veg...

10.How big should the pot by when I transplant my clones to VEG room?

6 inch netpots work well

11. How big should the pot by when I transplant from VEG room to Flower room?

about twice the size as your veg pots

12. If I am using the drip and Ebb flow system do I need pots or can I just leave them in rockwool and hydroton.

you can leave your plants in the grow medium, but if you veg without pots you will SEVERELY shock your plants. It won't harm them other than transplant shock but there's really no need for it. As for flower, either is fine.

13. How do I transplant my plants from VEG room to Flower room?

Take your 6 inch netpot and put it in a larger netpot. 10 seconds.

14. How much space does a full grown Indica plant take up?

depends on the strain. Expect your plant to more than double from the start of flowering and you'll know how big they can get.

15. Will the roots in the drip and ebb flow system get too big?

too big how? big roots=big plants. If you wanna see 8 foot monsters, veg for a few months in your ebb and flow table.
