Sure looks like it to me....if you fed them with a good Veg food they should be getting better in a few days.

Also...you might want to get them in bigger pots.

Time to feed them. Mix 1/4 strength first feeding. Many nutrient-related issues would not occur if initial feedings began at 1/4 strength first feed, 1/2 strength the next and full strength after that. Feed, water, water. Do not overwater (main killer of any plant kept by humans).

Suggestion: when transplanting weigh your plant in its new home with the soil moistened properly for transplant. Write that weight on the container. When you water the first time write that weight down and subtract your dry weight from it. Now you know how much water it takes to wet the soil. Write that amount on the side of the container. As the plant grows of course it will weigh but by then you will have the plant figured out more.

Weigh if you have questions as to whether the plant is dry. Watering frequently causes stunted root growth as they do not have to search for it. Additionally, soil that is wet as opposed to damp is a breeding ground for water-borne pathogens (disease causing organisms) and air-borne molds and funguses.

Go ahead and feed them if they are a few weeks old your good to go. I usally start feeding mine between 7-14 days depending on what she looks like. I would also say that you are probably root bound in those little dixie cups. Unless you switch over to flower now and your happy with small plants then you can keep them in the cups but I would transplant into bigger pots. As far as feeding goes go ahead and give them some nutes they will love you for it.

Happy Growing Good Luck

should be good if you started feeding.. for future try to no use clear cups, you want w.e container your using to be light proof your roots will grow faster and start stretching around the inside. Rule: Light destroys roots
