Please Help Sick Plant!!!!

My plant had developed early stages of root rot, so i flushed plant and let it completely dry out for four days. Yesterday the leaves were limp and down so i watered with nutes and today plant is still in really rough shape.

There is still hope but be gentle with the watering and do not allow it to fully dry out and wilt but do not drown the young root system either . Once the stress passes all should be fine if you keep your pH and PPM within the proper range .

not understanding how its overwatered. the planted was completely dry before i watered and i emptied the run off. i also airated the soil and the soil is damp but no soaked

take a small pencil and poke small holes into the soil (not near the roots)
