Hello! I just got home from my local grow shop, all new 5gal smart pots, brand new soil, and a soil ph/moisture meter just cause why not and it was cheap. Yesterday, they were looking fantastic as ever and I thought today would be a great day to transplant into final pots... Well...
Then I came home to this on my favorite purple kush girl:

Only the two bottom, very first set of leaves are showing this: theyve been slightly yellow for the last week or so, so I gave a light feeding thinking she was just N hungry, but now this:

I did a light supercropping on her on tuesday, along with the light feeding. Within 2 hours she was standing upright and happy as can be. This was taken shortly after the supercropping/feeding:

This was yesterday. Again, front and center looking gorgeous:

Sorry for the photo gallery, just trying to be thourough. Im going to research more myself and see what I come up with, but this seems like it could be urgent so I wanted to see what you guys think while Im looking too.

Some Info:
Strain: Purple Kush (Crop Kings)
Day 41 veg
Temp last 24 hours: 79F high, 61F low at night.
Humidity: 62% high, 35% low
Light: 315w LEC
Distance: 20"-22"
Co2: homemade 1 gal jug... Idk if it's working.
Medium: Soil - FFOF w/ ~20-30% pearlite
Water: Tap - Well water @ 110ppm
Nutrients: Dyna-Gro Foliage pro @ 5ml/g, Dyna-Gro Protekt @ 2.5ml/g given at ph 6.5-6.6 @ 650ppm including tap. (Increase?)
**First feeding ever was given on 6/4 at dosages above. They Were given water only (ph 6.4) on 6/8 and 6/12. Im trying a feed>water>water>feed regimine to start.
I did, however, give the two larger bagseed plants a full feeding (they are at day 70 veg and much larger and were definitely hungry) i then diluted the rest of the feeding/watering sprayer (2 gal) with pure water and used that to water all the others. The solution leftover maybe had 1/4 gallon left. Inconsidered this a "light feeding" and was going to just feed after the next watering then resume my schedule.

The leaves on this plant feel very limp and soft. It definitely needs a watering, but its not conpletely dry. The supercropping points seem like they didnt take, even though they were firm and standing up just hours after.
I hope its nothing serious it came on very sudden!

Kind of looks like you let them dry out a little too long. Not sure. But, all your numbers look on point.

Speaking of, when the times comes (clearing out a spare closet/small hidden room) and I'm fully ready, I want to try a bare bones grow, kind of like my brothers did back in the 70s using coffee cans and tin foil lamps. I only require an ounce or two per month, so it's an attainable goal!

I'm 'legally disabled' (I hate even typing that, sigh) and my attorney - one of the best in the city - told me years ago to "ease my pain and make myself comfortable with marijuana" (off the record, of course).
I've also educated myself on the state laws.

Just gave a good watering to see if that helps. Ive seen underwatered plants many times throughout this first grow, and it looks exactly like that. It was due for a watering anyways, so I figured it couldn't hurt right? The thing that scared me is that all the points where I super cropped... Conpletely went limp again when they were standinng up perfectly straight yesterday. Is this something that happens with underwatering before they fully heal from damage like this?

use epson salts for the mag because they work together.
Oh thats easy! Should I get one of those soil tests just to see the content of my soil nutrients? Will the epsom salt hurt my plants if it turns out NOT to be a mag problem? I don't want to give it something it doesn't need. Are those an accurate representation of what you soil is lacking/containing? I saw one of these at my local garden store and I thought about grabbing it but it was like $40 so I though Od research a bit more then maybe get one just to see where Im at. Or maybe I should test my water? I know it comes out very alkaline between 8.5-8.8 and 110ppm from the tap. Now the garden hose (runs off the same well) come out a bit lower around 7.8-8.0 and only 90ppm... Don't know why that would be?
I originally wanted to use my R/O system, which comes out at 7.0 and 5ppm and just use cal/mag so I know exactly what my soil is getting, and could control accordingly. The R/O system is small though with a 1 gal tank... And that only lasted about a month-month and a half because filling up 3 gallons of water from that takes about 2 hours lol.

It just needs water. A pinch of Epsom won't hurt. Its not a mag issue. Mag issue would present with a yellowish neon color with green veins.

About 2 hours after a good watering she came to life. Ive never seen watering look the drastic! Every single spot I supercropped her a few days ago was conlletely bent over and lifeless. I thought I maybe screwed it up or something.
She actually looked so good I decided to just transplant her with the rest into all their final 5 gallon pots
She looks good. Still not 100%, but recovering nicely.

Hey big Lou. I'm in a similar situation. 2 major back surgeries, 9 screws, 2 rods, past addictions to Fentanyl, morphine, oxy, vicodin. Got so tired of being drugged (In not a good way), the ill effects of opiods like severe constipation. A friend recommended trying pot and life ha been much happier since. I'm growing simply, I did buy an 800 watt led light that the girls took off growing!! Good luck, and if I can help let me know.
