Please Help! Problems with my Big Bud

Hi everyone!

I have 6 Big Bud plants that i have just put into 12/12 flowering cycle and if you look at the picture they are not doing too well.
I re-potted them about 2 weeks ago and watered them with just water no nutrients but before i was giving them Atami Grow and bloom and some baby bio with water.
I have tested the soil to see if they need watering but the soil is still wet even from like 2 weeks ago since i last watered!
I really don't know how to save these plants so i need some help as soon as possible.
It is no heat stress as i have them far away from the lights.
Could it possible that the plants need nutrients?
Please Help!

put perlite in the mix. your roots are suffocating or rotting because the dirt is so packed down. Use 30-50% perlite to your mix an it will fix your drainage problems

Oh right thanks for the help. Should i just re-pot them again with perlite in the mix. The soil i was using did have some perlite in the mix but maybe not enough?
