Please Help!! (pix)

Hello everyone,
If i can get any advice on this problem im having, I would be sooo appreciative.
I am fairly new to this, but i have grown 2 plants somewhat successfully, then i decided to order some white widow seeds and sadly this is how it looks at 3 wks old.
I thought maybe it was due to the lack of Nitrogen but didnt want to overdue it.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanx

Just opinion, to me it looks like its not getting enough light. That young it usually doesn't need much light. Are you running 24/0 or 18/6? How close is your light source? Are they CFLs? You might want to bring the lights a little closer.

Looks like you're growing in soil. What kind? What is the ph of your runoff? What is the ph of your water? PH problems could have locked out your calcium. Maybe chop off some of that brown dead leaf parts, spray with seltzer water and dome her for a day or two.

From the picture, it doesn't look like you're over watering. The bleached out look and the dead leaves sort of look like fertilizer burn. You might wanna try a flush, but that young, might not want to get that soggy. Unless these are some rare genetics and you want to babysit this seedling, Just clean her up and hope for the best. If she wants to be yours to smoke, she'll come correct. In case she doesn't wanna take the full journey, you might want to pop a couple of extra seeds in more neutral soil, your next time. Just opinion.

That poor plant have every kind of deficiency you can think off...even Ebola. Pitch it and move on.

Yup

I would start over. Pop seeds in coffee filter. Put them in jiffy pot, the kind that come in flat disc and expand when you add water. Once you see roots coming out of it put it a soil like Happy Frog.
