so last saturday i decided to water the girls gave them a 500 ml straight water everything was fine, besides a slight yellowing of a couple leaves. Sunday i was cracked out and tripping over the slight yellowing so i decided it was that they needed nutes, monday i gave them b52 at 1000ml. Then tuesday because i thought it was a n problem i gave them sensi grow and b52 at 1000ml but over half way through i realized i mixed the nutes to weak so i re did the solution and watered again for a 1000ml. i then watched in horror as my garden turned yellow over the next couple days. do you guys think this problem was from the over watering? or a nute deficiency or a nute deficiency brought on from over over watering?!? i think so but im not to proud as to ask for help. secondly how long do u think it will be till they recover? its been a week since the last water now. im running 2x1000watt hps temp at 84 humidity 45-50% and co2 1500ppm foxfarm ocean. plants are now 2 weeks 2 days in veg from clones.

not nute deff since ur using the ffof. are there drainage holes in those bags? if not, ur plants are probably just drinking up well marinated nutes. my clone started off yellow like that so i water less often with more water to initate a mini flushing system so she could handle it better.. keep posted. whats ur water pH?

yes the bags have 6 drainage holes but there on the sides maybe two inches from the bottom. you think i should poke more drainage holes? and the last three waterings were at 6-6.1 ph. next time around im going to 6.3. so your thinking this is watering too often?

I dont know much about soil, but that kinda looks like nute burn. I had it once and theedges of the leaves were yellow. Mixed a weaker batch of nutes and the yellow faded away. Heres some pics of my plant beforeIMG_4936.jpgIMG_4938.jpg and what it looks like today.IMG_5032.jpg It's only been three days since i changed the nutes.I hope this helps ya.

oh almost forgot i cant exactly see from your picture but was the yellowing from the middle to the new growth on the plant only?

I can't see that being a nute def in FFOF soil if you are under 4-5 weeks in straight FFOF. Closer pics would help here but to me that looks like burn and not a def. You really don't need grow nutes using that soil, you should easily be able to bring a vegging plant to early flower using only thee soil and water. Good job letting them dry out, if it's burn just water the next few times. Your temps, humidity and Co2 is fine, looks as if you added too much nutes too early. But again, a closeup of the leaves would help with that diagnosis.

You really should get the ph up a few points. With the holes 2 inches from the bottom the roots are not getting any air. The roots are soaking. Without holes in the bottom the roots will soon die from root rot.

6.5 on the pH and thats a burn, not a def.

As mentioned, you don't need a lot of nutes early on with FFOF.

Ease back on the nutes, maybe once a week tops, and they will recover.

Bro the cause of yellowing new growth is your room temp which is peaking higher than 84. The clones handle it at first but as vegging starts so do the problems. Go back to only 1x 1000w for a couple of weeks to lower the heat untill Autumn cooler nights arrive..

I'm heard that well running co2 temps should be ran in the eighties, can anyone confirm this for me? Ppm steady at 1450-1500 also my upper limit in temps is 84.9 low end 81. Something thanks
