This was the second one to do this to me. Its like they're running out of water but it's has plenty of water. I use advanced neutrants I have for the past 5 years. I have had a rough past few months had to throw one harvest because aphids now this. And there is no sign of aphids now. When you cut the stalk its dry inside at the bottom.

Have you been feeding heavy? Check your runoff ppms, if really high it could be toxic salt build up. This will definitely suck the moisture right out of your plant.

I just want to make sure no more do the same thing

I honestly don't know anything about AN nutes. I just use GH and the lucas formula. Did it get too cold? Something killed that thing. Maybe it just grew old and died, I dunno. But, looks like something killed it. Does your wife or a roomy hate you and maybe it gotta shot of weed away grass killer?

I did give them extra but I figured if it was to much I would see it in the leaves and could cut back. I guess not though.

No there locked away someone would have to break in to get to em. It happened to another on 3 days ago. It's killing me that I just had to throw last crop now this. Can't win. And doing everything the same as I always have. Don't understand why all of a sudden they don't wanna do right

I figure eventually someone will chime in. I see you are doing DWC and I've only done that once. It's such a pain in the ass keeping PH's right and although I was successful, I just don't like that style of growing. I have heard, that DWC can kill your plant fast. I do Hempy and feel it is more forgiving just using common sense. Anyway, best of luck bro, really need a hydro expert to help with this situation.

What was everything you had in the soup? Calmag? Use ro water?
What has been your temps? Water temps? Humidity?

I use connoisseur part a & b, senzyme, bud candy, rino skin, bud factor x, carbo load, weeks 1-6. Bud ignitor, vodoo juice, piranha, tarantula, weeks 1-2. Big bud weeks 2-4. B52, narivana weeks 3-6. Overdrive weeks 5-6. Then final phase but they didn't make it there this time. Temp 75 degrees water temp a Lil cooler than air. 35 - 40% humidity

Holy shit dude, try the KISS method, if you are putting more than 3 things in the hydro mix, it's 2 much. See below. Looks like the leaves showed you.

Figure 4 is definitely an over-fert problem. The high level of nutrients accumulates in the leaves and causes them to dry out and burn up as shown here. You must flush with clear, clean water immediately to allow the roots to recover, and prevent further damage. Now find the cause of the high nutrient levels.

I doubled my usual amount I didn't think it would burn them that bad because I have been using all the same neuts for years. I guess shouldn't have added any extra

Dude you feed the plants what they need. You can even feed them a little more to see if they can handle it. But, you can't force it down their throat. The medium hydro or whatever is their environment. You made it toxic. Best of luck.

Do you check the ppm's or ec daily? If so do you raise your nutes based on if your numbers are rising or lowering?

Once i learned that it seemed to clear up almost everything. Maybe you know this but it worked for me because i fried mine as well. Way too much stuff you listed.. lol

I usually use 20 ml of a & b and 10 ml of everything else. Just wanted to say thanks everyone for the input

Well better luck next time. Get a good meter and simplify your nutrient regimen. You would be miles ahead to just use a 2 part GH with a bloomer at this point and then ease into additives at 1/2 strength as you get your grow touch down. I have a friend that started growing hydro and when I asked him about his ppm nutrient level he says I don't need that, I just follow the instructions. He made it through 3 grows and then well pretty much same thing. It's like skydiving without an altimeter, you just don't do it.

welcome to RIU! @$jmoney89$ you're definitely on the right track now (getting help here). listen to the other RIU members here who have posted and before you know it you'll be back to harvesting your own. good luck on the next one!
:peace:

$jmoney89$ At least you ask and listen. The advice/comments you receive may not always be right, you have to filter that.
I think you'll knock it out of the park next time.

Aww, it pains me every time i see something like this happening:cry:
If it was my plant i know i would chop it down asap, and try to salvage any buds still on. If its in this shape only two weeks from harvest i wouldnt gamble on trying to fix it.
Dont give up, pop some new seeds and start over with a simpler nute regiment.
Also, if you want to see how much nutes your plants can take, ease into it and dont up the ppm 2x in one go. try like a 20% increase and look for burn.
Good luck with the next one!
