Hey.
My set up:
Miracle Grow
6-23 watt CFL daylights
2 plants (different seeds)
Ph level 6-7
Water moisture level 9
24 hours of light since germination (one week ago exactly)
*I am going to switch to 18/6 once my moisture level goes down. It says its wet, even though I stick my finger in 2 inches and its not. It feels dry/damp.*

I have not put any nutirents in, but have watered everyday or every other day. I just get nervous that its not getting enough water, and that the top is dry, I
give it very small amounts though.

Now my leaves tips are turning yellow. On both plants. I dont think its spider mites, I have looked closely under the leaves, and around the stems, no residue or notice of anything. The only thing that was off was the soil was a lot more "white" on the top 9 hours later. Like the tips of the pieces of soil had white spots on them?

Anyways please help!

It's nute, not nuke. Yeah looks like it. Water with distilled your next two times and get a weaker dosage. Also that is really early to add nutrients let em get a few tiers. Also I do know that some kinds of potting soil can do that to your plants. What kind are you using.

My vote is for nute burn. Your plants are too young for nutes. The Miracle Grow soil you are using releases nutes every time you water your plant, no matter how often you water them.

I did the same thing once, and all i did was transplant them (be very carefull with the roots!!) into better soil, while trying to gently shake off the miracle grow soil.

I stepped up to Fox Farms Ocean Forest and haven't looked back since.:joint::hump:
