your pictures suck, your medium looks bizarre from what i can make out

did you plant them like more than an inch down? that could cause problems. i always germ my mj in paper towel in the dark be4 planting.

they should be moist, good drainage for air, no ferts, warm, dome or saran wrapped

dig em up and see what you got, maybe re do it.

Those look like peat pucks. If kept too wet it can cause probs and its easy to do so... I would dig them out and see what happened, if you plants too deep its possible not enough energy to reach the top, or if kept to wet they could have rotted. What temps did you have inside the dome?

The are about a inch or so deep and I only watered them when the rupp was a lil crusty which was like twice a day. It's been almost 2 weeks us it possible to digg em up and try again??

Lose the pellets...germ in paper towel in a slightly open tupperware. Leave them in a dark cabinet for a few days and they should pop right open. The success rate will be much better.

those pellets suck because they are too easy to over/under water and they are probably the wrong pH anyway. Just put them in solo cups full of light soil mix to sprout them if you are doing a greenhouse grow....I never pre-germinate. Just make sure my solo cups are full of damp/not soggy soil and they sprout with 36-48 hours each and every time.

i would dig them up,place in moist paper towels put a foam plate on the top and the bottom and put in dark, moist place and spray them moist daily til they sprout

remeber it takes about 1-2 weeks to germ and another 1-2 to pop up if u planted directly into soil so i would start germing some new seeds but leave the planted ones in there for 1-2 weeks and see if they pop if not they are dead u should never poke around in the dirt if it is growing u will disturb the tap root and it will die

You have either, planted the seeds far too early not let the tail of the seedling get long enougth.or you may have planted to deep, and the pellets have dryed out.seedlings do not need to be put in a propagator just clones.you have to keep a real close eye on the seedlings when you first start out,i always soak the pellets for a good few mins then squeeze out the excess water,i never use the hole that comes with the cubes i always make my own drop the seeds in just below the surface of the cube,i also use a misting rather than watering to keep the cubes damp.keep at it you will get there

This is old school. Get those seeds. Put them in a glass of water, put the glass in a dark warm place check every once and a while. If their is any life left in them they should sprout, then plant them. I'm afraid there gone but you never know. If it goes two weeks their gone.

I use this method every time I plant....I get natural spring water from the store (Ozarka brand from where I am from) put my seeds in a shot glass and fill it about half full. I then put them in a dark spot like you said and wait about 2 hours then come back, slosh them around a little to make sure the water is penetrating the shell, then wait for another 3 hours or so. I usually like to put the shot glass on top of my modem or router because it is slightly warm; not hot....but just enough warmth to get the water to around 80F. I only let the seeds soak a total of 6 hours then plant them directly in soil --pointy tip up, tap root facing down-- and I have never once in my 6 years of growing had a seed not sprout. Never tried rapid rooter cubes or any of that junk though....
