Looks like mite eggs bud...look at the top of the Bug forum section and the very first one explains how to make habanero spray...it will kill at all stages.

In the last picture it looks like you caught the mother in the background! Awesome pictures btw!!

No problem...diatomacious earth made into a spray and misted on leaves and tops of soil works wonders as well for these types of pests!

Would you Suggest a combo attach or just pick one method? Also if i choose to try the Diatomacious Earth how often would you suggest treatment?
And I guess I should have mentioned this earlier but I'm 3 weeks into flowering. Any and all suggestions welcome :)

Diatomacious Earth is a great 'natural' choice to battle soft bodied insects but wont do much to the eggs (might dry them out if your lucky). DE usually works best with the movement of the bug (it basically cuts into the bodies to dehydrating them), a slow and painful death, but death non the less :)

Best way to use DE is to 'spray' a really fine "dust" over them, I found an old Ketchup/Condiments bottle and put a tablespoon of DE powder in it, tip/pat/lightly squeeze to disperse a fine "dust/powder spray" over your problem area :)

Next time I have to battle mites, I'm just going to go outside and collecting some Lady Beetles, they love to eat those pesky bugs and eggs :bigjoint:

Also don't know how well it will work on Mites, but there are a few home made Bug Traps that you can make, a plastic card/cup spray painted Neon Yellow with some Tanglefoot Tree Saver sap stuff layered on it... traps (most) bugs 'naturally' for months at a time ;)

hate to fact check you but it's hard bodied insects just so we aren't giving out the wrong info..I used to use it in my worm bins and they were left unharmed!!
Also no effect on larvae. As far as the application dusting works if the area you want covered Is wet but it is extremely hard to evenly spread on the undersides where mites live and breed...dusting on soil is also recommended but remember this is only going to work if the pest goes to the soil...unlike mites thrips or aphids .
