If your temp gauge is accurate it's 90F in your grow area, you want that below 85F if possible.

That light …. That $52 dollar light is severely underpowered . I suggest lurking the grow journals for far better options.

I personally go for 75F, 85 is on the high end but that’s just me.

You will be alright. Most of us have a blurple in our history. There are better full spectrum led lights all over Ebay and Amazon for good prices. I've grown a few pounds with only Blurples. You can use that light for seeds and clones, as they require much less light. Folks here will give you good information. Enjoy the journey!!

looks like you have two plants in one pot, if they’re still alive you gotta deal with that by carefully untangling the roots from one another
