To start, I dont have a camera. My plants are about 1 month old and 1 week flowering. I went outta town for Thanksgiving and when I got back my leaves on my Ak48 have a ton of brown spots on them.

They kind of look like rust.. It has clearly started at the bottom of the plant and most of the leaves on the bottom are died!!
My other plants have some of these brown spots too. What kind of defecency/ abundance is this??

they are also completely curled up inward so i was thinking nute burn possibly but i havent gave nutes in over a week, the spots are actually occurring on all of my plants, but ak is the only one with dying leaf sets... last time i go out of town they were looking fine before i left

Before you go adding any nutes to the problem check the ph run off. I bet its off, for some reason when going into flowering this ish happens to a lot of growers. Flush and it will be fine, after flush give the plants some veg nutes, no flower nute for now, the soil has enough pk for now cause the plant hasnt really used any yet. I just had the same thing happen, also you may want to pick up some lime to counteract the low ph youll notice once you check the run off. It sucks losing so many fan leafs but youll know for next go round.

Just noticed about your prune comment, you dont wanna do that, the plant has those leafs for a reason, the goal for you from now on is to get through start to finish with as many leafs as possible with out any falling off. Watch your grow be more than any previous grow, in order to do this you will have to keep up some veg nutes through flowering. Look for uncle bens topic on too much pk during flowering and it will explain in detail the purpose of keeping all your leafs. If you have trim them in half if they block light, but never ever just remove them for no reason.

thanks for the advice dude actually was exactly what i was planning on doing. I was using miracle grow nutes for a while and only used one drop per liter and it still caused all sorts of problems... I ordered some fox farm grow big and also have some botanicare nutes so all i will be using from here on out is organic nutes. Wish I woulda never gave them the miracle grow shit..

What type of medium are you growing in? Soil? If so one must wonder what is causing this def.? If your plants are only a month or so old your soil (if decent soil/blend) should still have some nutes in them. This sounds to me like a deficiency caused by pH problems, to high or low soil pH will cause nutrients to be locked out. If you haven't already, check the pH of your soil run off. Do this while flushing with some pH balanced water. Remember, if growing in soil, you will want your soil PH around 6.8. Have you fed your plants? If your PH is off there is no point in feeding more (adding insult to injury). Let us know what your readings are after testing the soil run off.

ya i know i havent done a ph test yet, like i said im ordering some, im using fox farm happy frog and this is my first grow so I expected some problems the plants were doing great till this, you can see my journal, my biggest problem is space as 5of my plants are over 2 feet now in one month and bushy too and my hps is not cutting it, I also think my plants are too big for the 3 gallon pots they are in which only have 2 gallons of soil in them... roots are coming out of the bottom
