Ok I removed the charcoal filter out. And cleaned everything really good. Im trying to fill the res again. This is some info on my water report (reporting units are ug/L Arsenic 7.9, nitrate + Nitrite as Nitrogen 3700, Boron 180, Vanadium 8.2, all other chemical listed says ND). And I do have issues with the plants dying off if I leave the res full more then 4 days, event after a good clean, I hope that it was my charcoal filter that was the breeding grounds.

Are you running A filter on your res? Or are you talking about the house filter being the problem?
