Hello World,
Here is the deal, I recently relocated to a new place and my new grow room is 5X5X8 approx (its actually a weee bit smaller). I am wondering if I am wasting light if I have say 1400 Watts/186000 lumens in a 50 sqft space - FYI - 56 Watts/7440 lumens per sqft. Am I wasting light as I don't have CO2 enrichment, I have the money to upgrade but unsure becasue due to all the lights in the small space I usually run my exhaust fan during the entire light on period. Also, both lights are air cooled and being cooled by the same 180cfm exhaust fan, didn't want to clear the room to FAST. For intake I have 1 passive intake and a 6 in duct running from the AC directly to the grow room. I can control temperatures with the adjustment of the thermostat and have been keeping temps between 80-86 - Ihave more problems keeping temps up vs. down (go figure, good problem to have ask me) Right now I have 9 plants in a Hydroponic set-up 5 Buddha White Dwarfs and 4 Himalya Blue Diesiel, in Soil (Ocean Forest) I have 7 Short Stuff Regular autos 1 feminized Super Lemon Haze, 1 Kings Kush, 1 Power Kush, and 1 Church that are all photoperiod all photo in 5 Gal pots and all auto in 3 Gallon Pots....
So my question is..
What do I need to do to optimize my grow room, CO2 enrich (how do I deal with heat and exhaust), Humidity at 40-50% always was really low then I put in Humidifier but sure enough the weather changed and now it stays between 40-50% without the humidifier. Got off topic - Yessss, what do I need to do to optimize my grow room.. Anyone out there with similar set-up, what is best way to optimize yield..

I have a XXXXX light that is high output that gives off 150000 lumens and 8-15% added blue spectrum- 1000watt and a Conversion Bulb 400 watt MH that is supposed to have red/orange/whatever enhancement that I am assuming is 36K lumens but need to confirm but its close enoughs... So please chime in and fill a novice in hmmmmmmm.. Id like to think that Im not a begginer anymore???
