Newer grower here but I see that on a few plants Ive grown. Nothing to fix it but heard it called leaf variegation and it being harmless. Just my two cents.

I don't think variegation should be neglected. If the leafs aren't the right color then something is wrong. Probably not too serious. Not that perfection that everyone wants, but your plant looks pretty darn good to me. I wonder if a little Nitrogen would green them up. If you use it be careful not to use too much and get N-toxicity.

Nitrogen toxicity turns the leafs to a dark green and the tips turn down.

If it affects only (part of) a single leaf it is not systemic. So it is bugs, mechanical damage or maybe variegation.
