Please help a new guy out..

So I have grow before in school with aeroponics a fair amount. Its not new to me. Growing this sticky stuff is though. As well as growing in a tent.
So I have a few questions.
First, would it be better to have one 1000w light in a 4x4 area or four 250w lights in the same area?
Next, in that 4x4 area, would it be better for yield purposes to grow one plant per square foot or something much more dense with smaller plants at four per square foot? Last question for now: if I decided to use a 4x8 tent, would a light mover with suggested lighting set up be proper lighting with a light mover going back and forth?
Any and all help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

One 1000 watt light would be more energy efficient or 2, 600 watt lights.

id go with 2 600 watters and ditch the light rail. tht should work fine.
and youll be able to tell how many plants is right

Cyber, I am really hoping to get a dry zone from each plant. Im making an aero table with holes pre made and sprayers, hoses, etc already in place. So its more of a, what would be the best suggestion for my first go around to give me a baseline to tube from?

Anyone else with any ideas?
