Do we get three guesses ? If so, I'll hold the last guess pending more info.

Heavy spraying of neem? Heavy on the fertilizer ?

I believe this is the culprit. Happened two days after spraying. My feeding cycle has been working with great results from advanced nutrients.20190630_144755.jpg

Why fungicide in june in Cali? The smaller the container the harder the nutes hit. I would just water for the next 3 or 4 time not thing anything drastic. As HotRod said they look dark green to me

Mist them with water only for the next three sunrise or sunsets to get that shit off the leaves. Just dont mist in the intense sun hours. Shouldnt need to use any fungicide rn unless you're experiencing root or stem rot. Leaves do look a little waxy and dark like N-tox
