Playstation 3 or Xbox

i dropped 2500 on 3 ps3s when they first came out.....sold 2 on ebay right before xmas the year they came out. that was 2 almost 3 years ago...


its now 2008.....and i've yet to buy more than 1 game for my ps3. i have 30 something blurays tho......

$600 for a 1% percent failure rate machine with no game base....only movie. brilliant!

Where's is the no game base for ps3 comming from,my adult kids have an assload of ps3 games .

I have both and for the money 360 is has a better live interface but the graphics are about the same but the PS# does come with blue ray automatic HD movie player so it depends on what you use your game consul for.

-i wanted to buy the madden for the ps3.....guess what? they fucked up the frames per second. EA sports got too lazy to program for the ps3 to its abilities.

-grand theft auto on the ps3 is very glitchy. glitchy to the point, if you dont disable the playstation network it will keep freezes the game and the playstation up.

-its a damn shame when game programmers are too damn intimated to program for the ps3.....let alone doing serious programming to utilize the ps3's capabilities

-its 2008, this is the era where game consoles NEED to have an online feature or the system will fail...it just wont do good. Yes the online play is free on the playstation....but we ALL know what free means. Their servers are not reliable at all. Hell i remember when if too many players got on resistance the shit would lag, boot and kick people off. Fuck free online play when its not reliable. Im a first person shooter type guy. I pay big bucks for my inet connection and online play.....i hate running thru a game turning around and getting shot because of lag. Fuck that.....i'd rather pay 20 bucks to microsoft for their dedicated servers and online service every 3 months. Although, im still anticipating HOME's launch......that they keep pushing back, it was supposed to be launched before xmas....its damn the new years and we already in the month of may!

the ps3 is a great system....but in this area of technology.....a system is only as strong as its weakest link. and the ps3's game base and online gaming is very much weak

honestly... xbox360 is cheaper for a reason.. i mean unless you buy the Elite xbox 360.. you'll most likely be disappointed. this is coming from a microsoft fan too... i mean ps3 is hot. but it always has its problems. such as crappy controllers...glitchy gameplay...short wireless times... idk id say go xbox all the way.. but you should look up all the upcoming games that are due to be out and decide what p[latform youd rather have!
