Well in my reasearch even great saps go for waaay less than wax or shatter, those are just where it's at in California at least. Not a small difference either. I do take a very personal interest in my oil, it's definitely an art form.

Im so glad I went through that F this is taking forever phase on vac chambers and pumps i built myself. I remember the morning I woke up to some shit that was Sap forever n was like Fucken hell I can't have my kinda dreams on this kinda gear, Im tryin ta be rump wax over here I better get my credit card n just suck it up I wont break even for awhile. I would have a robinair just like everyone else but my passport expired so I couldn't go to the states n get one for cheap. Honestly there all cheap even the 8cfm robinair is cheaper than my 7cfm fischer scientific pump, fuck cheaper it's half the price so you have no excuse now but to Tek Up!

I'm looking at quotes on a rotary evaporator this morning, Im trying to somehow automate my oil making so I can process stuff while I'm at work. U know like when shit's in the vac chamber n your watching it as if you need to hit a button when an alarm rings, if you got a pid set temp you really could be off doing other things like picking through trim or getting a job. My wife asked me to take out the garbage sometime in the next 12 hours and I was like I can't you don't understand I have to stair into this box nonstop or something will go wrong. I didn't end up taking that garbage out....... That's pathetic!

Been a proffesional artist for 17 years, there are so many ways to bullshit that your working that it's hard to recognize what real work is till you do someone else's job. We gotta start multi tasking man, if were pros then our day should be 8 hours with two breaks and 1 lunch. The only reason I know im working is cuzz im in heavy R&D "forums" and business network interfacing "posting on ppls dab photos". Now that im doing all that shit plus QC testing oil I'm totally justified in staring into the box every 3 mins for 3 mins. Have you ever gotten griddle red eye from stairing to close at a purge for too long? My wife asked me why was I dabbed out at 9am by eyes were all red n I said what are you talking about i've had my nose to the hotplate all morning.

All that complicated artsy work is bullshit, as a natural workaholic multitasker I know i must be on vacation from the office cuzz I normaly have to make oil and still work a 8 to 16 hour day. Mind you I sleep on the floor and wake up on 45 min intervals to look into the box for 15 mins then go back to sleep. Now that was fucken work!

I dunno I didn't want to be repetitive, but talking about our bad behavior's has lifted allot of guilt off my shoulders. I'm in a great mood today n I noticed I posted something yesterday that should have stirred up controversy but it's like nobody wanted to call me out or was too afraid to be wrong to say anything. Since I was just inventing n all I didn't think much of it so let's call it playing with bho and iwe but it's really not.

Who can see at least two terribly wrong/dangerous things about this image? There are also 2 things that at least point to how it might possibly be safe "ish" Yes It's a trick but let's assume someone saw the image and there was no follow as if it came up on a google image search. I love when i get that white powder effect, i tried to scheme on how to just purge sheets and sheets of that thin film rock dust. It's the closest thing i've seen to Bho johnson's rock budder which I think is powderized honeycomb but i've seen in shatter up on him so I think it's the same glass powder.
I just don't agree with evaporating to atmosphere that's why I can't produce sheets of that goodness, I'd sure like to vac to super shatter then smash it instead no scrape. Qwet run's are a dream in the vac, i can go from wash to dabs in an hour or two but im not a fan of the taste. It's usually comes out more sour than floral from the same run using a non polar, but I don't do it enough to even subjectively state that as fact.

Well you realize there's no reason to vac purge right? Unless your working with hydrocarbon solvents

The powder isn't from scraping a thin film. That's how it comes after purge, I've done 20 gram runs inch thick in my dish..it falls out of solution white and unless its dirty it won't stick(you just can't purge it easily that thick), I can touch it with my fingers easily...pinch some up and sprinkle ect not stickey......the mass of resin after purge is that white powder...no crushing scraping ect...

WHAT, ok where's the thread I missed the thread where you dropped the knowledge. I swear i saw huge white scrappage on your photo but it's gone. I've never done more than 5 grams etoh, I vac purge so I can collect my solvent further down the line in a cold trap. I don't like to let things escape to atmosphere, I got carbon footprint karma in other categories of life. I can't go on an on about the power of composting and biochar for carbon lockup n then be seen with ethanol burling out of my food dehydrator. The food dehydrator i use is set up for evaporative cooling so it's even faster than vac oven because there's agitation, the vac oven is often not even run under vac, i just pull air through it using the apirator and the condensate is nicely caught in the refrigerated cold trap. It's more my hands are tied to doing it the best way I can because I have the gear to do it, it's not the easiest way. N no i havn't made etoh since the days were 5 grams is auto thin film cuzz you got too much pyrex. Now everythings 20 grams and up so I've just never tried again without peoples medicine I only do it with my own when i have it.

But really if you posted tek on this fire i'd love to try to get the same results from my LHO.

You always mention stuff but never lay into me with some tek of why i should be down. Demystify sonification a little for me, is it faster than a rotovap? are they even for the same purpose? As far as I know a vac roto evap is basically perpetual motion thin film evap. I know of nothing faster per volume. Maybe forced air roto evap would be faster. But i dunno how you claim your goods.

Ack ugh, a vein just poped in my forehead, I know what you mean and you are right but I'm out of my league. I don't have enough out of the thc field of knowledge data to get creative on that end. I'm not man enough and my intellectual disposition won't make me man enough in the future. I was looking at sonic transducer's to speed evap but that's as far as I can take it, playing around on the "whammy bar" so to speak but wasn't worth the investment as I don't know how to put the wire down the valve gasket like FD does. The roto evap is a simple tool to do a boring job consistently and fast. I won't be breaking any molds or exciting anyone in your field, but yes the youtube video did make it cool for a moment in time.

I hate to say it but I wish you'd blow me away by being able to use one for our culture's purposes, I love that I think im at my ceiling for the moment and I wish you win the lotto.
