Plastic Bag DANGERS!

Recently while looking through one of my HIGH TIMES MAGAZINES (Or was it Cannabis Culture? I don't remember) I read that it was a bad idea to put your precious herb into Plastic Bags. Apparently the plastic electrically pulls off the Trichomes and sticks to the bag (no wonder I noticed how my bags always have black residue on the inside). Also if some of you didn't know (which I doubt it) temperatures over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, exposure to sunlight, will decrease the potency of your bud. This is the one time Sunlight fucks up the weed turning it into CBN (1/10 as powerful as THC).bongsmilie

That may be true, but selling and transfering weed is more concealable and easy with plastic baggies..

All you have to do is rub the bag together before filling to get rid of the static and the bud dont stick to it any more. And if you getting black shit on your bags you need to quit putting roaches back in there after you smoke. If any part of your post is true people would be using plastic bags to collect trichs for hash. Think about it a minute!!!!!!!!

Edit: The high temps and direct sunlight thing is true !! But that other stuff is B.S.

Even Jorge Cervantes says a baggie is the worst place. The trichomes do get stuck to the bag whether it be from contact or static. And even if you do use then for hash they are busted and broken heads(not saying they wouldnt be good just wouldnt be perfect) On top of that most people put the bag in their pocket which gives you the high temperature. A rigid, sealed, light proof container is the best place for marijuana

I don't smoke weed from joints or blunts. So the black residue I've come across was kief. I prefer Pipe or Bong (mostly the bong), I'll keep that in mind to rub the plastic bag together.

This is the Same Master Kush that posted this thread and posted that ONLY Exposing your Bud to Sunlight during Drying and Curing will degrade the THC content.

ok wat about the plastin bag thing does this only count for the drying / curing to or wat???
No plastic bags and plastic containers hold a static charge that pulls the tricomes off the buds. For long term storage of buds glass is best. :peace:

This is just plain silly,i swear jorge is dreamin up stupid shit just to have something to write about & fill the magazine up.

How many trichs can possibly be lost in a bag, most normal people only carry around a 1/2 oz or less at a time anyways,if loosing those little trichomes are that important to somebody they need to check in somewhere & not a drug rehab either but one of those joints who help people who are obsessive compulsive.

If jorge truly wrote that he's completely out of control & needs to put the bong down.
