Plants sagging need some help

Assuming maybe it might had some problems with being too acidic from the oxygen that came off when I ran h2o2 to kill fungus gnats. Was wa846E112E-16FA-42ED-A472-5F68A294B7B7.jpegtering too much at first but been waiting til dry and light. Cup was light but they are still drooping like I overwatered. Maybe ph?

Maybe too much light, those tiles look pretty shiney and could be too reflective. Are you using t5 lights? Maybe try taking all bulbs out but one.
