Plants not in flowering stage but smells a little like bud?

It is only a few inches tall and is growing a little better and different fro. My other 4 plants could it be a female? They are 5 bag seeds I started which is what I do for outdoor grows and I'm wondering about this plant cuz it smells like pure mj and is not even flowering...

same thing here, i take it as a good omen,
my plants are small, but smell sweet, perhaps they are going to flower early.

Nah, just the strain. Strong smelling strains during flower will likely be fairly strong smelling during veg too. Its not just the buds that give off odor, its the whole plant.

I was wondering cuz thats the only one that smells and it's all the same seeds from the same bud...

I've been able to pick out females by smell more than once before they even show preflowers.

I just took out some plants that were about 3-4 weeks old and the room I had them in still smells like weed 2 days later. Some strains have a strong odor even in early veg. I only do outdoor so I come to miss that smell by this time of year.

It's that certain 'spice' in the smell from my observation
