Plants not growing

Hello fellow growers thank you for reading and hopefully someone can help me out.
So about 3 or 4 days ago I planted my one month old baby's in the ground well 3 in the ground and 4 in buckets. Now I know they are a little small for 1 month old plants I started them in my room n Wasn't able to plant them till 4 days ago because it was cold (Ontario weather always snows in May) but one of my worries is that I had my baby's in too small of a container and now there roots are balled it's been 4 days n they still look the same as when I planted them. This is only my second year growing so I'm kinda new to this and I don't know the strain or sex of the plants as they are bag seeds from weed I've smoked over the winter. A question I have is if my baby's are just in shock how long will they be this way and also is it a possibility that they are stuck in this size cuz they are root bound ? Or are they just simply getting use to there new home ? Any body have any clue ?

They are probably just in shock from the transplant. It will take a week or so before they acclimate, I'm assuming you started them inside? You won't know sex until they are 4-16 weeks along. Some earlier than others. Since you transplanted them, the roots should be fine, if they are really balled up, you could score them a bit with a fork (rake through them a little) to help them along. Long as the temps don't drop too much, they will be fine.

Being they are bag seeds, it will be a wait and see thing as far as sexing, vegging and flowering times goes.

Depending on your conditions, weekly. If it stays cool, you need to water less. Adjust when the temps start going up, you may find you need to water them twice a week but shouldn't anymore than that.

they are a touch small but you'll see a marked difference in their size within a week or two. Once they are in the ground, the roots are able to spread out. As long as you feed them properly, you'll see a nice change. What are you feeding, if I may ask?

I am actually jus watering them not feeding them anything at the moment just waiting till payday to buy sum nutritions do you have any idea what nutritions I should buy last year didn't use any and I regretted it as they were very small come harvest. Never used nutritions before but I know it makes one hell of a difference

Is there anything I can use to feed for now until I get proper nuts

Do you mind me asking what you feed your plants ? Need sum ideas of what kind of nuts to buy
