It's been 19days since my Northern lights auto seedsman sprouted she was having mites i have been using neem oil is she stunted or mutated???

Soil looks too wet for such a small plant.

I watered yesterday evening it will be too hot in morning i grow in balcony where she gets nearly 7 to 8 hrs of direct sunlight she will be dry in evening

Plants in soil need a good wet AND dry cycle. Don't water the entire pot next time. Just around the stem until she gets bigger. Just because the top few inches of soil feels dry, it can still be very wet underneath.

Not really a lot of light either. May hurt yield a lot since it's an auto.

I will keep both of them inside under LED at night execpt landraces the autos will get nearly 16 to 18 hours of light

In seedling stage, sometimes it may not look like much is going on above the soil. However, a lot more is going on under the soil. Roots are growing getting ready to support new growth and a bigger plant.

It's her 19th day isn't her seedling stage gets over around 14th to 16th day
