Plants in Veg have problem please help!!!

growing in soil humuss perlite,
giving only tap water, veg week 5 , lower leaves yellowing too,
can it be water problem? i dont have ph meter so yes
they are i 4l pots, transplanting them after few days in bigger pots, looks like nutritien defiency but soil is full of vitamins and minerals

I'm currently trying to solve same issue. Mine is a hair more advanced than yours (bigger splotches). If I find anything I'll come back.

I'm going to put my money on magnesium deficiency - necrosis in the inter veins while the veins are staying dark.

Did it start in the lower leaves, then working up?

Mine appears to be, I just came off a couple week flush (3 flushes total) so, i'm assuming I've just cleared out all my nutrients and am starting back at square one.

brown spots are only on some couple of leaves, one plant have 1-2 leaves with brown spots

Yellowing is comming from bottom botoom leaves are yellowing like lime yellow
