Plants growing well, though unsure on when to Ripen and Flush.

Hello RIU Memebers!

My buddy and I are currently growing 2 Bag seed plants and all is g(r)o(w)ing well with minor problems.
We are at the stage of Ripening/ Harvest and are unsure when we should start the 2 week process.

1 week Ripen
1 week Flush

We have a tubular microscope, probably around 30x Zoom and it shows everything to be white. We are looking for 50/50 but the Hue is hard to pick out... at least with my eyes.

I took some pics with a nice Macro lens, unknowingly I have no corn to get the pics from the camera. How ever- I tried using the Microscope with my camera, hope they turned out alright!

We figure they are all milky right now and should be ready to ripen and flush starting next watering.
