Plants going "Brittle"

So these guys are roughly 14 days into growth. And Ive been watering them once a day. I know that seems like too much. But I have only been giving them 2 table spoons of water at a time. Im using a shop ballast with two 4 foot flourescent bulbs under 24 hours of light. I also have a fan that is constantly going so there are no heat problems. The room stays between 70 and 72 degrees.
What seems to be happening is some of the leaves are getting kind of brittle. Almost burnt looking. But they arent close to the ballast. Each top of the plant is at least 2 inches away from the nearest bulb. Just looking for some advice, also... I dont think it would be nutrient burn considering I havent used any nutes. Also, been keeping the pH between 6.o and 6.4, any help is awesome! :joint:
Ill put pictures on as soon as I figure out how to put my uploaded pictures on here. Advice there would also help.

Anthing helps dudes. I tried to get these pictures up but my camera is so horrible at a close distance, I get nothing but distorted pictures. I can at least show you my set up though. The main thing I wanted to point out in my pictures is pretty much what I said. The leaves are browning, and turning into a brittle texture. I really need to know whats up guys.

Wter you plants so that water drains from the bottom...you want to saok the entire root system. Once you have watered to the weight test...feel how heavy they are...and everyday check on them..if they feel real light it's time to water...you are clearly underwatering them...that causes the leaves to become dry and brittle.

No problem my friend...good luck...yuo should notice a difference is a few hours...the already damaged leaves will probably not heal...but the new growth will not suffer anymore.
