Plants dying while almost close to being harvested

I don't know exactly how long my plants are but it has been maybe 4 to 5 months now. A few weeks ago 1 of my plants wasn't doing too good the entire time and eventually it just died. My other 2 plants have been looking good and big buds but now the leafs are starting to turn yellow/brown and die like they aren't getting enough water. I was watering them 1 gallon every other day and then stepped it up to a gallon and a half every other day since they looked like they werent getting enough water.

Currently my plants smell very good and the trichomes are everywhere and a cloudy color. I am wondering if I should wait it out or if I should harvest my plants now. The bigger buds dont have many white hairs but the smaller buds do.

1 or 2 of the smaller buds have just dried up and died so I'm not sure if I should just pull the plant now or if there is a way to fix it

those 2 small buds that dried and died on you are probably ready for harvest...as for the whole plant they dont really finished all together at the same time, just cut along those buds that are finished and leave the other buds that are still not ready.

From what I can tell now it looks like heat stress, the leaves are curling upwards and dying

that looks like heat stress and overdose,, to fix you can raise light and flush your system but your so close to harvest.. maybe just chop em down..
