plants are very small

I have 7 autoflowers under 400 mh about 10 inches above the plants. The temps are in the mid 70's. But they are almost 3 weeks old and look more like on week. My last grow I started with 250cfl and they were huge. Is it possible its too much light, or too close. I don't know what else would cause them to be so small (2-3) sets of leaves.

Probably nutrients.. Actually, Nutrients for sure..

Since they are autos I haven't given them any nutes yet. Actually 2 of them have some Browning on the leaves. I'm using ff oceanforest and lightwarrior 50/50. Do you think I should add some light nutes??

There are only 3-4 inches tall and in 1.5 gallon pots. I will try some 1/2 strength. Nutes tonight.

I have 5 plants and 4 are growing super slow as well. I just added nutes yesterday and I've notived a difference in the past 24 hours but I'll have to wait and see. The one that did grow super fast was in soil with light nutrients in soil
