Plants are small compared to big one same age.

I have 3 plants, The 2 smaller ones have both shown female. But the big one hasn't shown any sign of gender. The big one is on a 12/12 light schedule and the smaller ones are still in vege. Should i put the 2 small ones into 12/12 light and dark? and can anyone tell me why they are so much smaller compared to the other one that is 2x bigger and hasn't shown gender? Ive attached some photos, Any help or knowledge would be appreciated

Are all the plants the same genetics? Has the one plant always been bigger or did it get bigger than the others once you put it under 12 and 12?

The smaller one on the right started off pretty retarded with dumb leaves then just shot up that much in like 8 days, and the other one has stayed that size for awhile. It was the same size as the big one, but one time the stem did snap on it and i had to support it but its 100% healed now. They should all the same genetics because one night we got some shitty ass weed, thats where all the seeds came from. So could be differen't i dont know.. And the big one has been under 12/12 for 3 days.
